Profile on: Robert D. Wright (Movie Reviewer)

I have been a movie connoisseur for most of my life, born in 1955. Very few weekends were ever spent where one or more movies were not seen. Movies of all kinds were seen. My grandfather, wishing to free my mother so that she could attend the University of Washington, would take my brothers and I to swimming facilities, to the Zoo, to Museums, but the most preferred form of entertainment was to attend a Movie Matinee or to a Drive-In theater. In some respects, I think we were all spoiled as children.

Today, my achievements in life have made me into a Role Model (if you will) for the Visually Impaired community. As such, I hope that as I search for the best and most convenient technologies, that all can benefit from their use. I hope that DVD technologies have the same affect on you as it has had for me. Wow!

As a DVD Movie critic, I will always try to direct you to the vender outlet, that offers the lowest price available on the Internet. Retail movie outlets are everywhere these days and you are free to choose any vender that meets your individual needs. Movie review website links are already present on this website. The views that I will provide here, will contain some of these same elements as these other movie reviews, but will also contain statistics and viewpoints on the ease of viewing the movie and other features unique to DVD technology.

DVD technology is wonderful for the Visually Handicapped, and it has much to add to the movie viewing experience.
Only on DVD's may you switch between soundtracks during an ongoing movie. Often Movie DVD's will contain an additional documentary soundtrack providing the movie viewer with some "Behinds The Scenes" hints on what was happening between "Takes", or between scene locations. This was particularly interesting to me.
