Reward Programs can be found almost anywhere
you turn to look for a Credit Card, Airline, or Hotel seeking
to attract sales opportunities, howver, long before any of these
companies ever had come into existance, the Sperry Hutchinson
Company had developed the S&H Trading Stamples. Because of
the sheer number of these many differing companies offering a
wide variety of perks to the consumer, Wright Images has created
this Trading Stamp / Rewards Hub for your information.
I have tried to include as many of these different Point and Trading
Stamp programs as I can, but in my searching out for existing
Trading Stamp companies, I would learn that the sparkle that once
had been in my own eyes as a child was beginning to fade with
the discovery of companies trying exploit the very concept of
Trading Stamps.
was once such website that seemed to put out the sparkle in my
own eyes about the whole concept of using Trading Stamps or Points
(in todays terms). As a consumer I do not want to feel so generic
as a customer, that all a company needs to do to get me to buy
their products or service is to put out a new line of Trading
Stamp.
I am sure that many of you can remember bugging your parents to
buy this here, or that there so you could get the trading stamps.
Well, some companies have survived to the 21st Century and the
invention of the Internet and have become a Trading Points company
or a Reward programs; programs that reward customers for using
their service or for their purchasing their products or services
and offering Points (instead of Stamps) redeemable for prizes.
In the left frame,
One such company that has recently been resurrected from their
past has been the Sperry and Hutchinson Company, the original
creator of the old S&H Green Stamps. With the use of the Internet
S&H Green Stamps has now become WWW.GreenPoints.Com
and with it some very interesting changes along the way can be
seen; among which are the ability for linking point accounts (sometimes
not recommended) to build up larger blocks points faster; and
applying the practice of Double Dipping to either increase the
GreenPoints or to gain points from different Point-Based programs.
As I become aware of the more popular Point based programs you
may see some of them listed under the Table of Contents.
Special Notation: TripRewards is a very good
program in that it allows you many more choices in how those points
will be issued, but it only offers this flexibility when you
stay in their hotel member facilities, so Be Careful.
They have now added a Master Card as a partner that only issues
TripRewards Points and only converts 3,200 miles/points for every
8,000 Trip Reward Points / 3 points per $1 you spend. Amtrak's
Guest Rewards or any of the other miles/points programs would
give you a stronger value.
